By placing an order with RBMHC Holdings LLC (dba AmmoStash), or by providing us with your personal information, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use in their entirety.
By using our service and placing orders, you represent and warrant that the following statements are true and accurate:
If any of the above customer statements is untrue at the time of your purchase, you expressly agree that you will release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend AmmoStash and its owners, agents, officers, employees, service providers or any party AmmoStash uses to help facilitate a transaction to a customer, against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements or who we believe may be in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AmmoStash service operated by RBMHC Holdings LLC dba AmmoStash ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the service.
By accessing and using AmmoStash, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
AmmoStash provides a subscription-based ammunition storage and delivery service. Subscribers pay a recurring fee that is credited to their account wallet, which can be used to purchase ammunition that is stored in our facility until you request shipment.
To use our service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly) as selected by you. All subscription fees are charged automatically to your designated payment method. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees and any additional charges, including but not limited to shipping, taxes, and storage fees as described in these Terms.
Subscription payments are credited to your account wallet. Wallet credits can be used to purchase ammunition that is stored in our facility. Wallet credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Refunds of wallet credits are subject to our refund policy.
Storage Fee Policy: While we do not intend to charge storage fees under normal circumstances, we reserve the right to implement monthly storage fees to protect against abuse of our storage system. In the event we decide to begin charging storage fees, we will provide you with at least 30 days' written notice via email to the address associated with your account.
By using our service, you agree to pay any applicable monthly storage fees that may be implemented with proper notice. Storage fees, if implemented, will be charged monthly to your designated payment method.
Inactive Account Storage: If you do not have an active subscription with us, and three (3) months have passed since your last active subscription charge, we reserve the right to:
We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice before implementing any of these options. If we choose to ship your inventory, you will be notified via email and the shipment will be processed to your last registered shipping address. If we choose to refund your inventory, the refund amount will be calculated based on the current median price per round for each caliber/type stored in your account at the time of refund processing.
Shipments are processed based on your holdings and rounding preferences. You may request manual shipments at any time, or set up automatic shipments based on value, quantity, or time thresholds. Sales tax is calculated and charged at the time of shipment based on your shipping address. Shipping costs are calculated based on our current shipping rates.
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information.
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Prices are based on current market conditions and may fluctuate. Your wallet credits will be applied at the current market price at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your account and stored inventory until the end of your billing period.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Wallet credits are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you cancel your subscription, any unused wallet credits will remain in your account for future use, subject to our inactive account storage policy described in Section 6.

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RBMHC Holdings LLC dba AmmoStash and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
In no event shall RBMHC Holdings LLC dba AmmoStash, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use ammunition purchased through our service. You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of ammunition.
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RBMHC Holdings LLC dba AmmoStash and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the service, or a breach of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or cancel your subscription through your account settings.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which RBMHC Holdings LLC is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the service.
